Dr. Todd R. Irwin
Dr. Irwin is a Pacific NW native. After attending college at University of Utah for undergraduate studies and University of Louisville Dental School in Kentucky, he returned to Washington State to be closer to family and friends. Dr. Irwin is passionate about dentistry and is known to use vacation time to further in dental education by either taking courses or reading dental material. Dr. Irwin and his wife have five children. When he isn't working he enjoys playing golf, basketball, cycling, spending time with his family and friends and traveling.

Dr. Kirsti F. Turella
Dr. Kirsti Turella is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native and joined Irwin Dental Center in 2013. Immediately following graduation, she joined the US Army Dental Corps as part of the Health Profession Scholarship program and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Fort Lewis, WA. After serving 4 years as a Dental Officer she left active duty with the rank of Captain and continued to care for soldiers as a staff dentist at the VA Puget Sound Dental Clinic at American Lake. In 2009, she transferred to Dental Service of the El Paso VA Health Care System in El Paso, TX, were she has practiced for the last 4 years. It was there, in 2012 where she was awarded the Harry S. Truman Memorial Hands and Heart Award. This award recognizes one clinician per VA facility per year for whose dedication to Veterans is marked by the highest standards in patient care.
When she isn't practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her Husband, Steve, and her two daughters, Libby and Clare. She is an avid cook, a football fan and an aspiring gardener. She is looking forward to exploring the Olympic Peninsula and everything it has to offer!

Dr. Larry B. Little
Dr Little worked with the Indian Health Service in Neah Bay and it was during this time he fell in love with the Peninsula. Dr Little maintained a practice in Port Townsend for 20 years but it was the mountains and rivers that brought him back west to Port Angeles. With his wife Michelle the couple developed the North Olympic Discovery Marathon (NODM) to benefit our community. Dr Little acted as the director for the Volunteers in Medicine Clinic developing multiple health programs including the VIMO dental program to serve the underprivileged and where he still volunteers on a regular basis. His life passions include anything outdoors including mountaineering, kayaking and skiing and of course healthcare.

Dr. Raouf Morcos, Resident Dentist
Dr. Morcos joins us after completing his initial dental training in Cairo, Egypt in 2008. He furthered his education and earned his diploma in implant dentistry from New York University in 2008. After a one year orthodontic fellowship at the University of Florida he most recently finished a one year advanced education dental residency.

Registered Dental Hygienists
Nicole has worked as a dental hygienist for the past sixteen years. She has returned to Irwin Dental Center after working for the Quileute Tribe. She has a deep passion for the hygiene profession and strives to provide thorough and gentle preventive care to her patients. She enjoys being with her family, running, yard work and baking.
Tara has worked for Dr.'s Irwin and Riggs since she finished hygiene school in 2000. When she is not working Tara stays busy raising her two sons and enjoying the outdoors. She and her boys love to surf and going to the beach.
Shan has been a RDH since 1985. She has a BS in Dental Hygiene from Idaho State University. She worked for Dr. Larry Temres for 2.5 years before joining Irwin Dental Center. She is married and has one son who is currently in Active duty in the US Army. When asked what she likes about her profession? Well everything. But especially she enjoys the relationships that she gains from her patients, the satisfaction she gains from educating and helping patients obtain healthy mouths and the expertise that she can offer from years of experience. When not working she and her husband enjoy camping, hiking in the mountains, BBQ and the outdoors in general.
Pam has worked as a dental hygienist since 2002. Pam has 5 kids and enjoys horses, volleyball, hiking and reading. Pam has been with Irwin Dental Center since 2007.
Twyla is also a new member of the Irwin Dental Center team, joining us in 2010. She has been a dental hygienist since 2002 and was a dental assistant for 10 years prior to attending Peninsula College and Shoreline Community College. Twyla and her husband have three children and enjoy living in Sequim. When she's not cleaning teeth she enjoys walking her dogs, reading, vacationing and spending time with her family.
Lacey graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Pierce College in 2010 and joined the Irwin Dental Center team that same year. Lacey loves her patients and truly enjoys her profession. She was born and raised on the Olympic Peninsula and loves what it has to offer. Lacey is married, has one daughter and when she's not working she enjoys biking, hiking, traveling, cooking and spending time with her family.
Laura was born and raised in Port Angeles. She and her husband moved to Gilbert, AZ in 2011 where she completed her degree in Dental Hygiene 2013. They are happy to return home to be able to raise their son surrounded by family, friends and the beautiful outdoors. Laura loves cooking, baking and playing with her son and dog.
Lindsay is Irwin Dental Center's Practice Manager. She’s been with the practice since 2004 and prior to her promotion to director was our lead Treatment Coordinator. She’s known for her professionalism, integrity and leadership. Before her career with us Lindsay was an Operations Supervisor for a local bank. Lindsay loves seeing how a person’s confidence and happiness can be transformed by a beautiful, healthy smile
Susana is one of the new faces at Irwin Dental Center. She recently moved to Sequim and spends a lot of time volunteering in the Spanish speaking community. In her free time, Susana and her husband are out enjoying the beautiful Olympic Peninsula with their dog and spending time with friends and family.
Candis is our Insurance Assistant and has been with Irwin Dental Center since July of 2002. In this time has worked both as a dental assistant and as business staff. She is truly a ‘people’ person and loves helping our patients in any way she can. Prior to joining our team she and her family were also patients! When not working, Candis enjoys life on the Olympic Peninsula with her family.
Monica is out newest team member and has worked in the dental field for 20+ years! She grew up in Port Angeles and has recently returned after many years away from home. She has 2 adult children and is a new grandmother. She enjoys hiking, swimming, reading and painting.
Kathy is our New Patient Coordinator as well as our Insurance Coordinator. She works with our patients and doctors to coordinate their dental care and insurance benefits. Kathy grew up in Port Angeles and prior to joining Irwin Dental Center in 2010, she was the manager of a local restaurant. She most enjoys the lasting relationships that she builds with our patients. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys spending time with family and friends, entertaining, hiking and gardening.
Amber is a long time Port Angeles resident who joined our team in 2015. Prior to working at IDC she worked for the same retail store for 13 years and brings the same welcoming smile many will recognize. Amber's friendly demeanor easily puts patients at ease the minute they walk in the door! Outside of work she enjoys baking, gardening and exploring the peninsula.
Stephanie is our lead Treatment Coordinator. As a Registered Dental Assistant, she has thorough knowledge of dental procedures and terminology. She enjoys the long term relationships she develops with our patients and makes each of them feel like family. Her goal is to make each patient’s dental experience stress free and finds helping patients achieve a healthy smile very rewarding. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking as well as spending time with friends and family.
Christina is one of the smiling faces that will greet you as you enter. Prior to joining IDC she worked in banking for 7 years. As a patient prior to her employment, she knows first–hand how important it is for each patient to feel comfortable and strives to ensure that. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends—especially watching her daughter play sports!
Registered Dental Assistants
Shelly is a dental assistant with Irwin Dental Center. She has over 20 years experience in the field of dentistry. Shelly is a long time Port Angeles resident. She has a daughter and a son. When not working Shelly loves to ride her bike, exercise and spend time with her friends and family.
Diane has been working as a dental assistant with Dr. Irwin when he first began practicing in 1997. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys to be outdoors, hiking, walking and gardening. Diane is a wonderful asset to Irwin Dental Center.
Lisa has been a Dental Assistant since 2011 and just recently moved to the Port Angeles area. When asked what she loves about her job she states helping patients obtain a healthy mouth and smile! She adds she is excited to be part of a professional dental team that provides exceptional dental care. In her free time Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, including traveling to Palm Springs to visit her sister, playing soccer and really anything that keeps her active!
Heather has been in the dental field for the past 12 years and is a long time resident of the Olympic Peninsula. She is married with one daughter and a baby on the way! When not working, she loves to fish, hunt, hike and spend time with family and friends.
Tabi joined the practice in May of 2014 but has been in the dental field since 1999. She was born and raised in Port Angeles and having been an assistant to Dr. Temres at Fifth Street Dental Clinic she will be a familiar face to many. Outside of work she enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family.
Alison's interest in the dental field began in 2011 and in 2012 came to shadow here at IDC! In 2014 she chose to pursue this interest at the Dental Assistant Training Center in Bothell. Alison joined our team in 2016 and is planning to pursue a career as a Dental Hygienist. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family, camping and working in her yard.
Madison is our newest clinical member and is a dental assistant in training. Her interest in the dental field began when she was only 6 years old! She shadowed at IDC in 2008 & 2009 and eventually would like to further her education and go to hygiene school. When not working, Madison enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
